So anyhoo, the main amp I use in my home studio went tits up today!! There is nout worse than when your equipments pretty lights work, but its main reason for existing doesn’t. It wasn’t a flash hardcore amp, in fact it was reasonably priced…but it worked..it was a work horse…wasn’t flash but lasted for years, I’m not one for labels.. so I wont name it. We all have pieces of equipment that we love, regardless of how others may rate it. this particular Amp was simplistic & straight to the point..no distracting bells & whistles. I shall miss its simplicity & usefulness. Maybe that equipment was due for an update???, However, I reckon if you have gear that does exactly what you require of it, you don’t need to replace it all the time….Obviously in regards to my amp….I may as well upgrade, as I now need a replacement…BLEAH!!
